Host; Nido was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Had motorcycles we rented (with a picture of your international drivers permit). Comfortable rooms and good views. More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

Offering a garden and sea view, Hạ Long Lily Homestay is situated in Ha Long, 1.7 km from Quang Ninh Museum and 3.2 km from Vincom Plaza Ha Long. Lily's mum and dad were lovely hosts. They organised for a motorbike, our day trip to see the caves and a driver onto our next destination. The room was huge with a lovely balcony looking out to the sea. Very clean room and comfortable bed and lots of hot water in the shower. The location was a little further out from the main area but still close to food and supermarket. Overall we had a lovely time staying here and had wonderful conversations with the hosts and other people staying in the homestay as well. Lily's mum even woke up early to cook us breakfast before we left to our next destination.

The staff even helped to find my taxi after the journey.
