Føltes som familie. Vi blev forberedt på sms, hentet fra flyet i Dong Hoi, indlogeret med omsorg og kærlighed - de havde kredset om værelset for at vi skulle have det godt. Phuong og hendes familie er de fineste mennesker vi længe har mødt. Du får så meget for pengene her, ikke kun ift til faciliteter og mad - men oplevelsen i sin helhed var simpelthen unik og fantastisk. Lavpraktisk: sengene var top! Vi sov så godt. Værelset er smukt. Udsigten til floden er smuk. Morgenmad a la carte og hjemmelavet - også mulighed for mad resten af dagen. Hyggelige omgivelser. Gratis cykler, hvilket var guld da man er lidt ude på landet i rolige omgivelser. Vi elskede det her så meget. Fordi det er så personligt og omsorgsfuldt et sted.

The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

I recently stayed at Funny Monkeys Homestay in Phong Nha for two days with a friend, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The homestay is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the setting by the river offered a stunning view—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was also excellent. I especially loved that we could order breakfast the evening before for a specific time the next morning. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible staff, especially the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. When my friend fell ill, the owner personally took me on her scooter to the local pharmacy and even helped translate so I could get the right medication. On another occasion, while we were out hiking, she went to a currency exchange on our behalf to change money for us. These thoughtful gestures and her genuine concern truly made us feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Funny Monkeys Homestay to anyone visiting Phong Nha. If you want a serene location by the river, great food, and the friendliest, most accommodating hosts, look no further!

Dolphin Home ligger i Dong Hoi og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af gratis cykler, en have og et fælles opholdsområde. Dejligt lille Homestay . Vi havde desværre kun 1 nat . Personalet var bare så søde og imøde kommende. Kl 6.15 om morgenen blev vi fulgt udtil taxi med paraply sådan

Phong Nha Village House ligger i Phong Nha og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af gratis cykler, en have og et privat strandområde. The guesthouse is amazing, facing the river. We came for 1 night but we spent a whole week here, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the owner is very nice, he speaks English very well and he is very helpful, the first day he picked us up for free from the bus station at 4am. You can use the bicycle for free as well. I highly recommend this place.

Nhà nghỉ Hằng Nga ligger i Dong Hoi, 2,3 km fra Nhật Lệ Beach, og har en have og gratis privat parkering. Pensionatet har også gratis wi-fi, og kæledyrsvenlig. Lovely hosts, simple and clean. We got a big room with 3 beds even though we are only two. Beds are comfortable and have extra pillows. AC worked well, there is a strong fan and a refrigerator.

Perfectly located in a quiet and serene area just outside of Phong Nha town. We got the peace and quiet we were yearning for here! You will however need a bike or motorbike to get around. The shipping container rooms are small but beds are ultra comfortable and views are gorgeous. Sound insulation isn’t the best and the place could do with some TLC but we had a lovely stay. The only thing we would have loved was a space to ‘lounge’ in. Some more comfortable chairs and hammocks outside would go a long way! Be sure to take the paddle board out at sunset. The views from the river are sensational. Double your time in Phong Nha if you can - a favourite stop on our travels!

Room looked just like photos, great water pressure and heat for showers. Arrived past midnight, communication was smooth ro get checked in at this time and was even able to hire a scooter and keep luggage's at reception for the day. Would stay again!

We arrived at 3:30am and Diep woke up to let us in to our room which we were grateful for. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Tasty breakfast with a nice view of the river from the table. Diep was very caring when we had a scary incident on the road, making sure we were ok and organising help for us. We were looked after very well during our stay here and would return.

Hos Carambola Bungalow i Phong Nha er der udsigt til byen, gratis cykler, en have, et privat strandområde, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse. I had such a great stay here. My bungalow had a beautiful view of the river and mountains and was nice and clean. The food at the restaurant was good so I ate there every night. The staff were amazing and so helpful. I booked transport to and from the train station with them, as well as 2 tours. I did a trekking tour on my last day in town and they let me shower and clean my shoes even though I had checked out! They even have a shoe drier which is super handy. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.
