It is convenient to get on and off the island, parking included and beach within a few blocks. Safe neighborhood which was clean and easy to get around in. Facility is generally quiet with an older clientele not up partying all night.

The view at this property was the best. The condo was very spacious and decorated beautifully. It was close to the bridge and amenities like Publix. Parking was excellent.
