We arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, when we expressed our wish to check in early and pay extra, they happily welcomed us without any extra charge. Mai was very friendly, she rented us a motorbike at a very cheap price, supported us when we needed water at 11pm. We also met a very cute girl.

Location of the homestay is excellent with beautiful views of Trang An mountains. The facilities are clean, room is spacious with very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful, they rented motorbike to us and helped us with booking of the transfer to Hanoi.

The Homestay is clean and very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and rented a motobike to get around. They also have bicycles to rent and they took care of our laundry. Highly recommend.

At the time of our stay, the owners were finishing the spa on the top floor - I wish I can go back to check it out :) ....maybe one day we'll be back !

The hotel is so clean and spotless. Food is tasty and the staff is always ready to help. Also more drawers in the room would help. All the ladies in the reception is extremely helpful with anything and everything one might need, sim cards, tour guidance, etc. Will come back again!

The owner was very nice and the room is very comfortable. The AC works wonderful and the hot water feels nice! Also breakfast was delicious and they cleaned every day for us! Also they let us park our bike inside each day.

There was a charge for early check in it's 20k VND per hour. We arrived early and the host wad kind enough to transfer us to a different room. He was kind and friendly. The place is clean, very comfy, spacious for the three of us and the bathroom was superb. Over all it's affordable and definitely worth its price.

19 km from Bai Dinh Temple, The Garden Homestay is a recently renovated property set in Ninh Binh and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Even though we didn’t speak a word of each other’s languages, the host took the time to sit with us we had a pleasant conversation through Google Translate. It turned into a memorable evening with a very smooth rice wine. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The next day, one of our motorbikes had a flat tyre. The host made a phone call and soon there was someone to replace the tyre.
