Very nice quiet hotel in a great location. Staff very helpful. Rooms were large for central Sai Gon. Wonderful stay at what is now my favourite apartment.

It feels like someone’s home, and I mean that in the best way. It’s warm, functional, and filled with thoughtful touches. There was even a mini toolkit in the drawer, which I didn’t use but found amusing. The host put effort into making the stay easy and pleasant. It made my trip to Saigon a lot more enjoyable. ⸻

We were happy to have a small balcony overlooking the street – ideal for morning coffee ☕. The host gave us great local food tips, and we had amazing phở nearby 🍜. Only downside: a few ants showed up around the kitchen area.

Air conditioning worked great, making the hot weather easier to deal with 🧊. After a full day at the Cu Chi Tunnels tour, a washing machine was a game-changer.

The location is fantastic, the mid-century modern decor is stunning, our room was impeccably clean. The hosts were super helpful and always available, their communication is excellent. It really feels like they thought of everything, the room is filled with small comforts we didn't expect, like a vinyl player with a couple of albums (Sam Smith, Billie Eilish, The Eagles), they also provide coffee beans and ground coffee with a variety of coffee making equipment. The bed was comfortable. The bed sheets were incredible, it felt like Egyptian cotton. All in all we loved our stay here and we would book again in a heartbeat.

The professionalism of the team running this apartment are second to none in Saigon. I would heartily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Featuring quiet street views, HOD Apartment Tan Dinh is located in the District 1 district of Ho Chi Minh City, 1.6 km from Diamond Plaza and 1.8 km from Saigon Central Post Office. Host is extremely friendly, waiting for me to check-in pass midnight. The room doesn’t have a lot of space but it will come with all you need. The location is convenient to go around. There’s coffee shops, convenient store and restaurant within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
