Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

Studio moderne, place parking privé, emplacement idéal à 100 m du lac. Very nicely decorated, clean and new apartment, close to the lake and the city center, in a quiet street. Parking lot close and safe. It is nice that there is the possibility of using bicycles and sup. Very kind host, we hope to come back again.

Having both a washer and a dryer was so helpful. Also, the host was very attentive and responsive. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.
