Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

The location was very convenient, about 2-3 minutes by walk and very close from the train station as well as the bus stop. All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

Super nice and comfortable apartment. Beautifully furnished and perfectly arranged. Equipped with everything you need and more. Very good bed. Super comfortable sleep. Sibylle and Lucas are extremely nice and reachable at all times. They were waiting for us and helped with parking on site. Explained everything clearly and offered their assistance in anything we needed. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you Sibylle & Lucas, you’re the best!

Το l'écureuil, chez le charpentier d'antan, la chaleur du bois, le calme de la campagne έχει θέα στο βουνό και προσφέρει βεράντα και μπαλκόνι. Beautiful house, lots of lovely details. Well equipped. Coffee provided. I could easily have spent a whole week there but only had 1 night. Close to Annecy and very quiet.

Loved absolutely everything, starting with free parking and clear instructions on how to get in. It is a great apartment for a very comfortable stay! To add more to all the extra treats that were left in the kitchen/fridge for us, we were spoiled with sauna, jacuzzi, and a provided bottle of champagne! Thank you, we certainly had a amazing Valentine's Day! We would love to stay there again in the future!
