The property is in a wonderful location! One block away from the main road in little Caribbean which has a lot of music, food, and stores! The property was a great value for the cost; clean, had everything we needed, quiet. I would definitely go back! Oh and the bed was very comfortable!! A++

i absolutely loved the lighting control & ambiance of the place! felt very modern, clean, luxurious, & calming. The host was very kind, gracious & made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Very quiet neighborhood, so if you're looking for place with no disturbances, you've found it! I needed to come to Brighton Beach to do some swim training. The location is PERFECT- very close to the beach, Coney Island, shops and restaurants. My unit was clean and comfortable, I found it to be nice and quiet and convenient.

    Very pleasant staff. Location is very quiet, especially given how industrial parts of the area nearby are. Our room (studio loft) was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and a nice little seating area. Amenities in the room are good (although I would prefer fewer disposable items such as cups for water, coffee etc even if they are said to be compostable). "Minibar" is actually a selection of items which can be delivered to the room. They are very reasonably priced

    First of all, Carl - the owner - is very kind, helpful and responsive. When we’d arrived the flat wasn’t so clean, but as soon as I told him Carl kindly managed it: a cleaner came the following morning and got it properly cleaned. The apartment is quite big, we were a group of 3 couples and we felt very comfortable. Also, it’s close to the metro station (C line): you can reach it by walking for 3 min.

    The loft apartment was big enough for four people, and it was nice to have a kitchen. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good pressure and was hot. An easy 10 minute walk to the nearest subway, enjoyed being in Greenpoint.

    Staying at Roman's apartment was one of the best. Beautifully decorated flat, plenty of space for two people. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi worked without a problem. Comfortable bed. Lots of shops and pubs in the area. Close to the subway station where the A and C lines run. We felt safe and secure. Very good communication with the host. Roman's parents, Jackie and David, who live upstairs are the most wonderful people. This was our honeymoon and we really couldn't have chosen a better

    We liked that the house is self-contained, instead of an apartment. This is very rare in NYC. It has a nice kitchen and bathrooms, and a good shower. It has secure parking, which is great, but only fits standard or smaller cars. Our SUV was too wide to utilize the spot. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. There's a large flat screen TV to get the news and stream your shows. The house is modern and finished to a nice spec, with double paned windows and a security system.

    The studio apartment was exactly as depicted in the images. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day, this is not usually done when you rent an apartment, so really appreciated. I also liked the availability of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, dish soup and a new sponge to wash the dishes.
