Many airline crew are constantly also walking there off their flights so always people around! The underground tram was brilliant! Loved the clean, well equipped rooms. Service waa superb The business lounge breakfast was superb even for me as a Vegan/Pescatarian

So appreciated being able to get a drink and supper after a very long day of flying. Beds were comfy and pillows were great. Good shower too with bottles on wall for shampoo & conditioner.
