We stayed with our two kids taking the big house with a private bathroom, so it was very comfortable, The hosts are very welcoming, they are an adorable couple who were very friendly and ready to guide us and made of our stay a wonderful experience, The place is a bit far from downtown so you have to plan to get a taxi, we came from Stockholm by train and to Mora station and from there we were able to get a taxi that took us to the camp. The next day we visited Santa land and it was easy to return to the camp by local bus, you should walk a bit but it was worth We loved the landscape, the comfortable house, it was easy to order food through the app and the house host was incredible with us. I recommend staying there during winter as we did

Mormors vrå tilbyr overnatting med gratis sykler og uteplass i tillegg til utsikt over innsjøen. Her bor du bare 42 kilometer unna Dalhalla amfiteater. Very cosy in a quite neighbourhood close to Siljan. A mere 30 minute walk in to the city centre. Host was very nice and accommodating. The little “grannyflat” was small but had all the as amenities you could wish for. And parking up front.

Det var meget god plass, både på soverommet og fellesarealer. Pent, ryddig og rent. Meget familievennlig, barna trivdes veldig godt her. Veldig god kommunikasjon både i forkant og underveis.

With a quiet location close to central Mora and Lake Siljan, this good-value hotel features spacious accommodation, a popular breakfast buffet and free access to both gym and sauna. Centrally located hotel with free parking. Comfort-room was extremely nice. Also the dinner buffet that was available in the evening had very tasty swedish food for very reasonable price.

Dette hotellet ligger kun 100 meter fra Morastrand jernbanestasjon, Mora busstasjon og bredden av innsjøen Siljan. Overnattingsstedet har gratis WiFi og rom med kabel-TV. Den ansatte vi møtte i bar/restaurant var meget imøtekommende og hyggelig og løsningsorientert. Meget hyggelig hotell.

Mora Hotell & Spa is located in central Mora, only 100 metres from Lake Siljan. It offers free WiFi, rooms seating areas and satellite TVs. Old school hotel or motel, nice quiet, right next to the near lake, gives you (in a good sense) a feeling of being a tourist in the 19th century (you can disconnect) and relax. The room was superbly clean and spacious with all needed facilites.

First camp Moraparken - Dalarna ligger i Mora, 1,3 km fra Vasaloppsmuseet og en 15-minutters spasertur fra Vasaloppsmålet, og tilbyr gratis WiFi og hytter med tilgang til en hage. First Camp Mora was the perfect 2 night break from our two week motorcycle trip in Scandinavia. Loved how walkable the property was. Also loved how we could walk to the Mora downtown to shop, grab food etc. Didn’t have to get back on the motorcycle the whole time we stayed.
