The facilities, the food, and wonderful staff. There is not one thing that was out of place. Thank you soo much for making this a wonderful experience for my wife and I. Great vacation and memories that we will treasure forever. One again, thank you to everyone.

There was not one thing I did not like about this resort. The coordinated the deliveries and decorations just as I asked. They stayed in touch with me prior to the check in progress in order for the surprise to go off without a hitch. They gave me the option to check in an hour prior. I was very satisfied with the front desk staff. They made my checking process very straight forward. They even upgraded my room because of the special occasion. We will be returning. I look forward to it. Only recommendation I suggest is do not booking the all inclusive pass online. Online the all inclusive pass is only offered for two meals and does not include alcohol. Book the all inclusive pass at the resort, their all inclusive pass includes: three meals and unlimited alcohol. Overall though great experience!!
