Very nice, quiet, comfortable and large apartment a few meters from the airport runway. The owner, Fabio, prepared nice invitation for us. Highly recommend.

The apartment is well located near to the airport and also near to the city of Santa Cruz. All essential stuff is there and nearby (only a few meters down the street) a supermarket is located. The communication with the host was great.

It is a superb apartment with a shared common room and private bedrooms. It is really comfortable, clean and close to the tide pools in the ocean. Plus the owners are really nice, my return flight was delayed and they were very accommodating with that.

The view is amazing, especially for sun rise watching. We felt like home immediately. Just perfect in all aspects: location (walking distance to the airport), facilities, hospitality, etc. It exceeds our expectation!

It is close to the airport. 15-ish minutes on foot. There is also a convenient parking lot next to the police station nearby. It is an ideal spot when you have a car and are planning to make trekking trips around the island. The town is fairly small, so there is no problem in finding it. Owner also sent me the photo of the alley and how to get in so it was no problem at all. I´ve never met the owner but he was really respectful and straightforward in his online communication, which I appreciate. The apartment had all the appliances, washing machine, stove, microwave. Bathroom had a bidet. Although when washing clothes, you have to hang the laundry outside the old way. (good luck with the weather!) What came as a really nice surprise was a heated massage chair and a tv with good internet connection. There is also a small pier right next to the apartment so you can just go look at the night sea before sleep. It is very serene and quiet during off season. And it is all just behind the kitchen window!

The space is very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. We especially appreciated being able to use the washing machine as well. We wished we could stay longer!
