The cabin was comfortable, everything worked, the food, made to order, was really nice, and the location worked really well for Luang Prabang, taxis were cheap (60,000kip pr so) and easy. Saita and her crew are wonderful and always helpful. I cannot say enough about how much I loved the place and I very much want to return .

Our stay at The Nam Khan Resort was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in until the end of our visit. We spent three wonderful nights there, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room had an incredible view, was spotlessly clean, and we adored the refreshing lemongrass scent throughout. The soothing sound of the river flowing nearby made it a true retreat for us. We enjoyed a massage by the pool since the spa and wellness centre was under renovation, but it was still a relaxing and delightful experience. The in-room dining was excellent, and the staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and attentive—truly some of the best hospitality we've encountered! We were so impressed with their organic vegetable garden and the way they grow fresh produce to serve their guests. As someone who also makes and runs a soap and skincare business in Australia, I was thrilled to see they create their own natural shampoo and shower gel. It made me so proud of Laos and The Nam Khan Resort for this sustainable and thoughtful touch. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the resort, and we hardly felt the need to leave. Although the weather was a bit cool for swimming, and the sauna was still under renovation, we had such a great time relaxing and exploring the premises. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the Nam Khan team for taking such wonderful care of us and making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return the next time we're in Laos! The hotel and it's staff was great and they took care very well of us! We really felt like on holiday and could come with any query and they helped us. The free shuttle service running on fixed hours was also great and worked well. We also organized the train tickets from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng, which was cheaper than with the hotel.from Vang Vieng. (212KIP pp).

Very beautiful property on the river in a quiet area. Breakfast was phenomenal, the rooms are luxurious for the price, nothing to complain about only praise. Most of - Boun & Bo offer great customer service and are very accommodating & kind. They made the stay truly worthwhile and were very helpful :) I will be back next time I come to Luang Prabang!
