We usually stay in hotels, so renting a house was something new for us — and it turned out to be a great experience! The place was just what we were looking for: no smoke smell, no old or strange odors, clean, simple, and very comfortable. The hosts were very professional — not overly involved, but also not careless. I really appreciated their help when I couldn’t figure out how to start our rental Toyota car (it was new and a bit confusing). They kindly showed me how, and that honestly saved me a lot of stress. Tip: Please don’t rely on Google Maps to drive directly to the house. It brings you close, but not to the actual driveway — you’ll see the house but won’t be able to drive and park right in front. It’s a good idea to ask the host for detailed directions before you go. Also, be sure to read the guest guide ahead of time — it explains how to park and how to pay. Just note that they accept only Danish cash (DDK). One small thing: the Wi-Fi router is near the bedroom. If the internet gives you trouble, try rebooting the router — that fixed it for us. Like many budget routers, it just needs a little reset sometimes. Overall, we had a very smooth and pleasant stay!

Situé à Sørvágur, l’hébergement Small Paradise offre une vue sur la mer. Il comprend une terrasse et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. The host was great and even gave ma a ride to the airport as the first bus did not stop at the airport. Otherwise the location is great and the bus stop is right i front of the property and 5 minutes waling from the harbour which is a meeting point for multiple hikes and of course the ferry. Heat was fantastic and totally silent heater/AC. Place was so well equipped as a full apt. It's in a beautiful location right by the beach - there is a beautiful back yard. Beds are comfortable. It's brand new and all you need. I would call it a big paradise.

We loved the location - such a great base for the first few days in the Faroes. The cottage had everything we needed, and there were so many small details, like hand knit slippers. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds - waking up to such a gorgeous view was just so lovely.

I loved the overall atmosphere and vibe of the place, with a common kitchen and dining room and a reading room with magazines and books. It lent itself well to fellow travelers coming together to discuss experience in the Faroes and other travel adventures as well. And I loved the original art and posters. The bedrooms are not huge but comfortable and a terrific location right on the water and a short seven-minute walk into town. The host Kent who spoke briefly with was very friendly and accessible. I highly recommend and certainly would stay here again

La communication était très bonne, gentillesse et rapidité de réponse aux messages. L'appartement était très jolie, confortable, bien équipé, propre, literie très bien. Vue et emplacement idéal. Petit coin de paradis au calme même avec la famille qui vit au dessus. Nous avons pu utiliser la machine a laver et le sèche linge ce que nous avons fortement apprécié. Merci pour la petite attention aussi dans le logement en arrivant. Vraiment nous recommandons à 100% cet endroit et aurions appréciée y rester plusieurs nuits.
