Unique oasis in the heart of Santa Cruz Island In the Miconia Highland Forests, we’re ideally set in the Galapagos, a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site. I was a stunning hotel, staff wanted to help in any way, they did a personalised schedule for me during my stay. Also went out of their way to cater for my vegan diet. Even on their bbq buffet the chef had prepared me a full vegan feast. I had been out there for 5 weeks volunteer working in another island, so this was my treat on my way back home. I was made to feel so special, it was the finishing touch to a special time.

Natura Gardens Galápagos features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Bellavista. Featuring a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The location is a little cooler and very quiet (aside from frog sounds at night) compared to staying in the main town. The owners are very nice. We were the only ones staying at the place but it has a large capacity. Would return again.

The breakfast was lovely with beautiful fresh fruit. When we arrived, the host sorted a cab for Porta Aroya (Santa Crus Island) where we spent the day. The hotel is located in beautiful quiet surroundings with plants. We only spent one day and night, but it would have been nice to stay longer. The hosts were helpful and organised a taxi to the Baltra airport.

Our room was even larger and nicer than we expected and included a kitchenette and veranda. Meals were restaurant quality. Our host and his staff were very attentive. They do an excellent job managing the property. Had we not been on a tight travel schedule, we would have stayed there longer.

Semilla Verde Boutique Hotel offers its guests a nature based experience on Santa Cruz Island. It is located only a 12-minute drive from Puerto Ayora. Our whole stay at the villa was amazing, the facilities were excellent, the location was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were lovely and took excellent care of us

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful and happy to share their knowledge of the area. At Cabaña Eden you are surrounded by nature and when I opened my door the first morning I found myself face to face with a Giant Tortuga.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Piedras Blancas Lodge is located in Galápagos, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. It features free WiFi, a swimming pool and a shared terrace. Very warm welcome. We were made to feel at home and enjoyed a really nice breakfast. Being slightly outside the main town (Puerto Ayora) made it feel very tranquil. Lovely green surroundings with beautiful flowers and banana trees!
