Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

Objekt Peace and Play nalazi se uz plažu u gradu 'Hermitage' na samo 2,7 km od znamenitosti Plaža Turtle te ima smještaj s vanjskim bazenom, vrtom, terasom i besplatnim WiFi-jem. The villa is spacious, beautiful, and centrally located—perfect for exploring the area. While the final stretch of road is rough, with large potholes (a Jeep might help), we managed without one. The kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciated the supply of clean towels, beach towels, and two portable beach chairs. Even a cooler, snorkeling gear, and fins were provided. The hosts were incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and even arranging a birthday cake for us from a local baker. We felt very much at home. The nearby pool is clean and inviting, with plenty of lounge chairs, beach chairs, and shaded areas for relaxing. Internet troubles were quickly solved with a mobile solution, which worked well enough for our needs, even if it was a bit slow. For leisure travel, a 100% recommendation!

The property is very conveniently located and close to Hooper’s Bay and convenience store. I felt safe and at home. Comfortable, spacious, clean. However, what really makes the difference is the hospitality of the host! Definitely recommended as great value for money!

Offering a spa and wellness centre and a restaurant, Grand Isle Resort & Residences is located in Farmer’s Hill, right on the beach. Absolute Paradise! The resort is peaceful, comfortable and luxurious.

Owners are amazing, Mark took us snorkeling and showed us places worth visiting, always ready to give helping hand. While snorkeling, Mark knew where to find turtle, octopus and we even saw a nursing shark! (Not dangerous to humans, obviously, as I am writing the review :D). Rooms and entire place was super clean and nicely decorated. 100% recommended.

By far the best part of our almost three week trip across the Bahamas. Very welcoming and well well stocked accommodations. Steve went out of his way to ensure our stay was well organized and enjoyable. Property had all the basics to feel at home support us during the trip.

This B&B is set in the shores of the Paradise Bay Beach, 15 minutes’ drive from Exuma International Airport. The property is like your own paradise! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about your comfort! Cocoplum Bistro which is on the property is fabulous! Give Rudi and Tonya a hello from Vickie and Stoney!! Loved them. On your taxi ride in, get them to stop at a local store to grab snacks and such, it will save you a trip… because you really don’t want to leave.
