There was air conditioning at least on the hot day /night we visited. Calm location with easy access also by public transport (train or bus). Great value for money. The reasonably priced cold drinks in the fridge saved us after a long day of travelling. There are no supermarkets nearby, but there are two bakeries where you can get breakfast supplies.
