The location was really good and safe. The home was functional and served our purpose of having a family trip with a living room to spend time in.

The room was NOT cleaned prior to my arrival. There were Cheerios and kid snacks on the floor and 2 separate chargers plugged into the wall that were not mine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Manhattan. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square with easy access to the subway, bus routes, and hop-on hop-off tourist buses. It made getting around the city fast and convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, with only one minor issue that didn’t affect my overall experience. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. I especially liked the "on-the-go" food option included in the stay—it’s a great idea for tourists heading out early to explore the city. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the location and amenities. I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip to New York!
