I am a delta employee and I was recommended by my employer to go here I guess u guys change management and the first room they give me was smelling bad then the 2rd room when I take a shower it started to floor the room they told me I will get a discount for the inconvenience but I never did get it

The hotel was amazing. The staff were all very nice. They held onto our bags well before we could check in and well after we checked out. The bed was extremely comfortable and you couldn't hear any of the city noise from our room. The location was perfect right next to the train station, you could see Madison Square Garden from front of hotel. The roof top bar was nice and everything was in walking distance, including Central Park. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was refilling everything right up until the end. I will definitely book here again.

Friendly & accommodating 10/10 front desk staff & cleaning crew! We stayed in room 403, not a great view, but the hotel has great location & proximity to the city. Little touches like free coffee, muffins & laundry are such nice ways to add value. Thank you for helping make our first trip to NYC memorable.
