AppleCare Theft and Loss Coverage for iPhone

AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss includes coverage if your iPhone is lost or stolen, up to two times every year. And AppleCare One includes coverage if your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, up to three times every year. Each incident is subject to a deductible, and taxes may apply. Theft and loss coverage requires you to have Find My enabled on your device at the time it is lost or stolen and throughout the claims process.

File a claim

Is your iPhone lost or stolen? If you have Theft and Loss coverage, you can sign in to your Apple Account and file a claim for an iPhone replacement.

Use the Find My app or go to iCloud.com/find to mark your iPhone as lost. Do not remove your device from your account until your claim has been fully approved.

International claims

If your iPhone is lost or stolen while you are traveling, we can ship your replacement iPhone to you on the road. If you're overseas at the time, we can even ship a replacement to you in any country where Theft and Loss coverage is available. International replacement of lost or stolen devices is subject to device availability, and options may vary by region and iPhone model or color. It may take up to 4 business days after your claim is approved for your replacement iPhone to be delivered.
