Got a new phone and cant log in to my account that I've had for YEARS with
the password and email address that have literally NEVER changed. It just
keeps saying that it's a suspicious log in attempt..... so you're telling
me that you can only log in from one device ever? Even with the correct
information? What a joke. Also, I've contacted support multiple times in
the past few days with no response. Uninstalled.

The video calling on this app is hardly worth using. Each time I've used it, the video quality gets super pixilated and grainy anytime the service isn't exactly *perfect*. The calls also take way too much battery power, quickly heat up the phone, and have overheated the phone before. Having video call functionality is great, but when it's so cumbersome and not worth using, what's the point?

As with other meta apps it's increasingly difficult to see content from friends and ordinary people rather than businesses. In addition, I wish they would allow you to set video content not to play by default. The constant motion makes me queasy, and I'm mainly there for the photos anyway. I find video much less engaging, and mostly pretty banal, and when I'm bombarded with it, I have to quit the app. Also need to be able to mute the sound on stories by default.
