New bugmail is working since 2025/07/16; however approximately 13000 bug mails between 2025/07/11th-16th are stuck in Bugzilla's internal queue. It is presently unclear if that mail can be easily recovered from Unicode mangling.
Bugzilla (http://bugs.gentoo.org) is currently unable to send bug mail after an upgrade. We are currently investigating the problem. Other functions work correctly.
