I have my proxies identified in .npmrc. NPM and Yarn have no problems getting through the proxy, but Yo Doctor says "Upstream proxy port required" and/or just hangs before failing. yo --version says 3.1.0 and I have seen posts that say this is fixed, but I still have the problem. Is there a way to get around this?
