Cannot make insecure requests anymore #5183

This issue has been fixed in the v2.8.1. Apologies for the inconvenience here. We'll be updating our regression suite to catch this in the future.
I have checked the following:
- I have searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.
This bug is:
- making Bruno unusable for me
- slowing me down but I'm able to continue working
- annoying
- this feature was working in a previous version but is broken in the current release.

Describe the bug
Up until the update yesterday, I could make requests to my localhost instance, by setting SSL/TLS Certificate Verification to false.
Since the update I consistently get the error UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY.
