Describe the bug

When I attempt to add a soundtrack to a project, nothing happens. Instead, the console spams with error messages (log attached) until I remove the soundtrack entry from the menu.

Running on Wine (Bottles), the file picker appears but when I select an audio file (tested WAV and MP3) and click 'Pick file', nothing happens. When I reproduced it in a Windows 10 VM, the file picker dialog doesn't even open.

The feature works fine in 3.9.

• OS: Fedora Linux 41 (Workstation Edition) via Bottles 51.17, also tested in Windows 10 VM
• Version: 4.0.3
• Graphics card and resolution: Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics (TGL GT2), 2256 x 1504 resolution

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new project
2. Click on 'Timeline Settings', check 'Specify Settings for '
3. Click 'Add soundtrack to composition'
4. Click on "..." (file picker icon) - nothing happens except console spam

Expected behavior
Soundtrack loads successfully.
