Why is this required? Old artifacts from CI help to test different versions without building. |

artifacts will expired after some time then there is no use of them runs. |

So, just let them be expired with default time set by GitHub. There is no need to change that. |

Workflow runs must be preserved at least for keeping commit status (i.e. built successfully or failed). |
