I will soon use cdn.lumito.net for CDN bucket storage, so I'm moving the termux mirror to a new domain. Additional changes: - Release version v1.29.3

Thanks for the PR! Also thanks for maintaining a mirror. Surely helps in reducing bandwidth usage on main mirrors
