Remove `chibicc` as: - It's abandoned - last commit 2020-12. - It was a toy/instructional C compiler mostly for learning. Could not build much real-world projects then, and less so now. - It's only available on x86_64 (due to `TERMUX_PKG_EXCLUDED_ARCHES`), a small portion of Termux users. In summary the package provides little (no?) value and is probably not used by anyone.
