After further discussion I've come to the conclusion that shipping a wider set of tree-sitter parsers in the repos does make sense for several usecases such as the
python-tree-sitterbindings used by several projects.Further commits to the
tree-sitter-parsersmetapackage, and thetree-sitter-parsersreverse dependencies to add the new parsers will follow.But the CSS and SQL parsers in particular put up way more of a fight than I expected, so I will be calling it a night for now.
