We do not currently have any plans to add translations of the Termux application interface as we do not have a viable way to translate packages due to Android not implementing a typical Locale mechanism.

Please also refrain from "offering" your (paid or otherwise commercial) translation services in this repository in the future.

Sorry, I missed your comment while configured the translation project and made a testing translation.
The Toolate is a Weblate translation platform that is hosted by one of the F-Droid translators. Unlike the Hosted.Weblate it doesn't require a pre-moderation so many apps that currently can't use the Hosted.Weblate now are welcome on the Toolate instance.

Let me know if you wish to have an admin rights and I'll send an invite to you. This may needed in some situations to resolve a merge conflict, I'll try to keep my eye on this.

The Weblate itself sent the PRs one after another once you closed them. I disabled (probably) the auto push. So you can unblock it's user.

application interface as we do not have a viable way to translate packages

Firsts of all I made the test translation of the Fastlane metadata i.e. the app description in the F-Droid store. I also sent another PR with some slight changes to the description to make the auto-translation easier so people who will translate from a browser may understand it better.

So basically you can accept the PR in any case its related to strings of the app itself.

Still, I don't really get why if packages can't be translated we can't translate the terminal itself. They aren't related.
When I was at school with minimal English knowledge each word added an additional mental struggle and if something was only partially translated that still was better to me.
Maybe you can reassure your decision.

Ok, I found some explanation in the #4355
My reasoning about the app interface remains valid. And you still can accept translations for the Fastlane.

But for what I see the main problem is that you don't want to have a burden or translations. The Weblate can minimize the problem: it will collect all the changes and update the PR. It may even not create a PR but you can manually pull translations from the Weblate's git branch just before a release.

You are answered on the another PR, so I thought it would be a good sign to give you an explanation. Sorry for disturbing
