I think there is a regression in 0.95, possibly due to 0af8236 (otherwise nice improvements!). I'm fairly sure it used to be possible to press extra key Alt, and then Shift down in the keyboard, to produce e.g. Alt-Shift-c. Shift now causes Alt to be "releasedx.
