adds simple multi language support to SpeechToTextAPI (termux-speech-to-text) using
--es language <language>parameter.
ie:
termux-api SpeechToText --es language "de-DE"if not specified it uses Locale.getDefault() as default value to get rid of hardcoded value "en-US".
