Add vertical accuracy to termux-location output

**Feature description**
termux-location only provides a single accuracy number (presumably horizontal?). It should provide both horizontal and vertical accuracy, with appropriate keys in the JSON output.

**Background information**
The Android API provides both horizontal and vertical accuracy.
