Existing functions Convert_precision_config and Convert_precision_config_stablehlo are not interchangeable. The exporters for stablehlo::ConvolutionOp and stablehlo::DotGeneralOp were incorrectly using the MHLO function. PiperOrigin-RevId: 785536130
