scroll bars or not the scrolling of vectors as pixels is always an issue as the rendering has to consider manual move and remove so usually smoother with auto scrolling see this example Windows.Sandbox.2025-07-09.16-49-22.mp4 |

on v3.6.17052, horizontal scrolling without scrollbars enabled causes the screen jitters. when scroll bars are enabled there are no screen jitters, only when the scroll bars are disabled. please do kindly fix this issue. below screen recording has been attached for reference.
