- fix: incorrect destination path for files while copying - fix: don't delete copied files after jgit repo instance created. It still needs files to work with and we do cleaning afterwards in cleanupRepo - improvement: copy only .git directory Signed-off-by: Maxim Sukharev <max@smacker.ru>
