Hi,

I have noticed that many of my search results give the date in the Persian calendar (Azar 5, 1400 AP).
I have the search language set to All, to give better results, however, even when I switch to English, there are still some results using the persian calendar rather than the gregorian one. Is there a way to configure which date/time locale is used? I could not see it in the settings. I have access to the config as I am hosting this myself.
