We removed Python 3.7 support in PR:

[CI] drop Python 3.7 from CI #2355

With the merge of PR:

Bump sphinx from 5.3.0 to 6.1.3 #2102

You can't build SearXNG any longer on Python 3.7.

Running SearXNG instances on Python 3.7 will sooner or later also not be possible anymore, please be prepared for this and update Python version soon
