Summary

Theme Elementary will have all of the base block templates that a typical block theme would have. If you're not aware about what a Block template is, in traditional themes, we used to refer them as Templates, in block themes, we refer to them as Block Templates.
The block templates present in the theme Elementary will entirely be constructed using core blocks.
