The rio executable fails with:

No wgpu backend feature that is implemented for the target platform was enabled. See wgpu::Instance::enabled_backend_features() for more information.

It seems that all features should be enabled. However, building with the --all-features argument doesn't fix the above problem.

Maybe all possible backends should be enabled?
How to make rio usable?
