The `racket-version` matrix row is unnecessary since it's only ever set to one value. Also, this change tweaks the job names so that they look a little more readable. The new job names are: - `CI / Racket BC - Contracts Enabled` - `CI / Racket BC - Contracts Disabled` - `CI / Racket CS - Contracts Enabled` - `CI / Racket CS - Contracts Disabled`
