Short feature/function description

For some needs it would be nice to have atvscript poll.

On low-power devices, it's an overheard to constantly re-run atvscript.

What needs to be done?

Suggest adding --poll --poll-interval flags to support the use-case.

Am open to submitting a PR if of interest.
