If we don't specify a limit to listContainers, stopped containers won't be returned. Added a limit of 100 which should be enough. Fixes philhawthorne#26
You can now Pause and Unpause docker containers using the same method as Start and Stop.
Fixed the restful api commands for Pause/Unpause

Added pause and unpause commands, working with both the get urls and the restful post body commands.
