Error message "Invalid literal....." is displayed if the user expands Operators.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch pgAdmin4
2. Connect to any EPAS or PG server
3. Go to the operators
4. Click on it
5. See the error message related to "Invalid literal....."

Expected behavior

No error message should be displayed if the user expands on Operators
