Modify international language support
Updated static text descriptions for 'Link Priority' and 'Virtual IP' to include localization support.

We've updated the zh_CN, zh_HK, and zh_TW translations, and removed duplicate entries for zh_Hans_CN, zh_Hans_HK, and zh_Hant_TW according to internationalization standards. We've also modified some code to address persistent issues with international language support.
I'm a volunteer on the official translation project . The official translation project has stalled, If we don't update the translation templates promptly, volunteers will be unable to update translation support for their respective countries.
