Add some welcome introductions to make it sounds more welcoming and the community standard that is not explicitly stated for newcomers.

I’ve merged the changes but left out the community standards section. There are more ways to contribute than just code so it isn’t strictly necessary to know C++ and Qt, and I would like to think the changes contributed by thomnath in #1781 already made the readme more welcoming. |
