The macOS-13 GitHub Actions runner is being removed (https://github.blog/changelog/2025-09-19-github-actions-macos-13-runner-image-is-closing-down/) on December 4th, with a few scheduled outages before then. Can someone with a mac can please verify that the packages we need for the Qt 5 build are still available on macOS 14 and make any necessary adjustments to the GitHub Actions workflow?

Also double check that this won't have an impact on the compatibility of our builds with older versions of macOS. The XCode versions currently available in macos-14 runner are 15.0-16.2, all of which support deployment targets of 10.13-15 (https://developer.apple.com/support/xcode/) and it's still Qt 5. So as far as I can tell this should not be a problem, but I have not developed on macOS in a long time.

The Qt 6 build has already been updated in #1938.
