Pencil2D version

When I tried to save a project then open it again, it kept on having this weird glitch where the drawings would go horribly out of place and I would need to manually select and move them back into place. It's not every frame that has this, but at least a fifth of them have this occurring to them.

This is what i'm talking about; it keeps on teleporting to this one specific area

Expected Behaviour

I expected it to just stay as what I had drawn it, but apparently it hasn't, I don't know if its my computer or the system, or the amount of frames that I have, because I have no idea how much frames is a lot.

Actual Behaviour

So it obviously did not stay.

Other Information

I use a Windows 10 Zenbook (its crappy I know but my other main computer is getting fixed and i need this for a school project
