🐛 [BUG] The points stay on my screen while I drag them with smuggle tool. #1899

Description
When I use the smuggle tool to drag the paint of pencil, some grapical errors appears.
Expected result
No graphics error.
Actual result
Some points remain on the path I dragged them.
Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the Smudge Tool
2. Click one of my pencil draw in vector mode.
3. Drag the selected draws away.Video or Image Reference
