This commit adds a GitHub Action to install the latest 5.2.0+ox ocaml-variant and verifies that a pre-defined set of packages install correctly. The CI currently runs on Ubuntu (x64, arm64) and macos (Intel, arm64). Signed-off-by: Puneeth Chaganti <punchagan@muse-amuse.in>

A build on my repository is here.
The GitHub action is currently configured to run on pushes to main, on every PR and as a nightly cron.
